Cancellation & Refund Policy

For One-Time Bookings:

✅ More than 7-day notice: 100% refund
✅ Less than 7-day notice: 75% refund
✅ 3-day notice: 50% refund
❌ Less than 3-day notice: No refunds, no rollovers, no rescheduling

For 4-Class Monthly Packages:

❌ No refunds for missed or no-show classes.

✔ One-time rescheduling is allowed if you need to miss or reschedule a class.
✔ The missed class must be rescheduled within 10 days and within the same 4-week (month) period.
✔ If you are still sick during the 10-day grace period, one roll-over class to the following month is permitted.

⚠ Please note: Make-up classes are not guaranteed due to my busy schedule.

Rescheduling Due to Illness or Family Emergencies

I trust in your honesty and integrity and will do my best to accommodate rescheduling when necessary due to illness.

✔ If you wake up feeling unwell, you may schedule a make-up class within a 10-day grace period.
✔ A make-up class does not replace any already scheduled sessions.
✔ For other emergencies, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduled session.
